You Should Watch: Seonam Girls High School Investigators

Ayt, I don't do this often BUT i watched a Kdrama. A Korean drama. Usually i don't want to invest my life into long things and usually one episode of a Kdrama is about an hour long so of course I was hesitant. But boy, was I glad i watched this. I actually haven't finished watching the last two episode but even so, I recommend it.

Drama Overview:

Genre: Mystery, Comedy, Romance(a bit lol)
Summary: Basically, there's a Detective Club at this school with funny, cute and quirky members and they take on cases involving various things such as private education, bullying, abortion and suicide.

I really, totally recommend this. I enjoyed it a lot.

First of all, the main characters are really lovely, enjoyable and funny to watch. They way they act and get along with each other is such a treat to watch. there's never a dull moment with such quirky characters.


Let's briefly review our main characters:

Ahn Chae Yool
-smart transfer student with a slight attitude who is somehow forced to join the club

Yoon Mi Do
-leader of the detectives who has questionable fashion sense(lol) yet has a good positive personality and good sense of leadership which can help overcome obstacles

Lee Ye-Hee
-wannabe actress who is apparently on a diet yet still eats a lot. Might be a bit slow at times (in terms of brains)

Kim Ha-jae
-computer expert who is quite superstitious. Tends to snap at Ye-Hee a lot.

Choi Sung Yoon
-tall, gentle peacemaker who enjoys baking. Did I say she was tall? Coz she is. She's TALL.

These guys will make your time with this Kdrama so worthwhile.

Another reason is the cases. The cases they investigate are very interesting and sometimes just really sensitive so i'm glad they continued to tackle it. These cases are deeper than they first come out to be so i really enjoyed how it wasn't one dimensional. You can see the cases from different perspectives.

Another reason is the twists. There are a few twists here and there, things you might not have expected so it's really interesting to just watch how things unfold or I dunno you could be one of those people who just wants to know everything and immediately starts deducting along with the characters. I, for one, am a chill viewer who simply watches as events unfold. It's more fun to be surprised.

Also, you can really learn a lot from this show. You can learn to widen your horizon and perspective and open your mind about more things. Learn to see the bigger picture. Don't close yourself in. Think outside of the box etc. Accept others. JUST ACCEPT THAT OTHERS ARE DIFFERENT OKAY!? (breaks down crying gahd this show wrecks me and my soul)

Bonus reason: Sometimes this show breaks the fourth wall, in a way. They're just so random and full of surprises.

This show will lead you down a trip full of laughs, suspense, surprises and feels. LOTSA FEELS GUYS. FEELS WARNING BEEP BEEP.

AYT, so I was on Youtube doing stuff when I found out this show aired the FIRST LESBIAN KISS IN KDRAMA.

Y'know Korea is conservative etc. but they did it anyways!!! And I am so in love with the couple. It hurts MAH SOUL just thinking about them. I even watched FMVs (fan made videos) about them and ughh they're too good for this cruel world. Soo yeon and Eun Bin come along in episode 11 and 12 so if you were in it for the gay then you'll have to wait but hey, the wait is good.

Alright, now you must be wondering, what the hell was that all about? Well, listen up coz I'm about to tell you.

My answer for the first question was a lion because it was strong.

The meaning behind the first question is that this is the way you want people to see you. 

I apparently want people to see me as strong. I guess I do wanna appear intimidating at times. That way, people won't bother me or try to mess with me! Trust me, I know what I'm doing. People tend to judge what's based on the outside at first glance so try to use it to your advantage ;)

My answer for the second question was a rabbit because it was fast.

So apparently, people think I'm fast? haha I guess I do finish quizzes quickly plus I'm quite a fast reader (not bragging or anything) But they also might see me as one who can quickly get over things (I know someone who does) but sometimes that's not always the case. I HAVE NORMAL FEELINGS TOO SO HOW CAN I MOVE ON SO FAST? But I guess I'm faster than some... Hmm, oh well, moving on~

This was also pretty accurate for me since I really like to help people and I wanna rescue others :) I always like lending a helping hand, even if it hurts me sometimes. I just want other people to be okay because somehow, their happiness is my happiness :D
